We're offering complete transparency with the service. You can manage the subscription using the website anytime.

Go to the **website** then select the option "Login" then choose the option "Billing Portal".


You'll get a prompt screen to enter your "registered" email ID with us (which you've used to sign up to the service). Then click on "Continue".
Once done, check your email Inbox (or SPAM) to see the "One Time Password (OTP)" you've received.

Enter the One Time Password on the customer portal to login.

Make sure "NOT" to reload the customer portal screen once you've requested the OTP. If you refresh it will reset the portal screen and you need to enter the email address again. In that case, make sure to update the latest OTP you've received via email.
